Skillora collects account, profile, listing, exchange, and message information needed to operate a local service-exchange community. Public profiles show neighborhood-level location only; do not post exact addresses, personal email addresses, or phone numbers.
Safety review
Messages and related activity may be reviewed by authorized Skillora staff for safety, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, and legal compliance. Message content is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Retention and requests
We target deletion of inactive conversation content two years after last activity, subject to moderation, security, and legal records. Members may request deletion where required by law; some limited records may remain when needed for safety or legal obligations.
